We verify & confirm
Our team reviews your insurance (or sets up private pay), reviews your uploaded ID and insurance card, and confirms your appointment — typically within 24 hours.

We accept most major health insurance plans and warmly welcome private-pay patients. Our team verifies your insurance before your first visit — no surprises.
Health Insurance Accepted
We work with most major insurers operating in Texas. Our billing team will verify your benefits before your first visit and handle the claims process on your behalf. We bill the insurance directly — not you.
When you book online, you'll upload your insurance card (front & back) and a valid photo ID. This allows us to verify your coverage before we visit — protecting your time and ours.
Private Pay & Self-Pay
No insurance? No problem. We welcome self-pay patients and offer transparent, upfront pricing. Payment is collected securely via debit or credit card — we do not collect cash at the visit.
Patients with HSA or FSA accounts may use those cards for eligible services. Contact us to discuss your payment options before booking.
Important: To protect everyone's time, we require insurance card images (front & back) to be uploaded when booking. Our billing team reviews coverage before your appointment. If your insurance is inactive or insufficient, we will contact you to discuss alternatives before the visit.
